Ingredients
2 cups of Brown Rice
2 stalks of Celery
1 small Green Bell Pepper
2-3 Tomatoes
1 small Onion
1 clove of Garlic
1 can of Black Beans
1/2 can of Corn
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp dry Thyme
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
3 Vegan Sausage links of your choice (optional)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

1 зубчик Чеснока
1 банка Чёрной Фасоли
1/2 банка Кукурузы
1 ч.л. Приправы Кажун
1/4 ч.л. Паприки с дымком
1 ст.л. Паприки
1 ч.л. Сухого Тимьяна
2 ст.л. Кинзы
3 Веганские Сосиски (по желанию)
2 ст.л. Оливкового Масла
Соль и перец по вкусу
Instructions
In a large Skillet, add 2 Tbsp of Olive oil and preheat it over medium high heat.
Add onion, garlic, celery, green bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 min.
Add the spices and dry thyme, mix well.
Add brown rice and puréed tomatoes, stir, let it cook for about 7 min.
Add 4 cups of water and salt to your taste.
Cover and let it cook on medium heat for about 15-20 min.
Meanwhile, cut vegan sausages and fry them on skillet.
When the rice is cooked, add vegan sausages and fresh coriander leaves.
Mix and Serve with slice of lime.
Enjoy!
