Amazon Replaced Eli's Hop Ball!

Описание: One thing I love about Amazon is selecting items that come with prime shipping and free returns. Eli was so sad that his hop ball (bouncy ball as we call it) popped.

When we opened them, Carter's was just fine but the pin on Eli's where you blow it up was broke in half, but it came with an extra one so we didn't worry about it. So when it popped, I think it had some kind of defect since the pin was broken upon opening it.

The process was easy though, I went onto Amazon's app and was able to choose them to replace it and they sent another one for free. YAY!

I now have 30 days to send back the defective one, and I can just turn it in to my local Kohl's and they will package and ship it back for me. To me this is a double win.

So far, Carter's hop ball has withstanded since Christmas, and Eli's new one is still going strong so I highly recommend these. This is such a great alternative to not being able to go outside in cold yucky weather... and in the summer you can take them outside as well.
