The parents of missing University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki have requested she be declared dead. Due to laws in the Dominican Republic, their authorities will likely deny that request since a body has not been recovered. A man who was last seen with Konanki has been in custody, and his lawyers are arguing for his release if he's not being charged. Private investigator T.J.
