I am often asked how I colour my pages when I post them, what I use to colour and how I shade etc. So I have finally done a "tutorial" / colour with me to refer to!

I talk about how I shade, how I plan to colour the page, colour selection and why I use the pencils I do.

This is the THRONE OF GLASS COLORING BOOK, BASED ON THE THRONE OF GLASS BOOK SERIES WRITTEN BY SARAH J MAAS!

I was so excited when it was released I went and bought it straight away! It's awesome to see some of the scenes in the book bought to life, but as cool as it is it's equally daunting! After reading the books you see things in a certain way and it's hard trying to achieve that on some of these pages! I've struggled with many.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not a professionally trained Artist but have done Art throughout school and my home life and do produce art for people at their request.

I'm not saying any other way of colouring is wrong and I'm not saying that if you follow this to a tee it will look the same, what I am hoping to do is give you some more Ideas on how to approach it.
