Описание: Welcome to my channel! My name is John Biehler Jr, I am a freelance photographer, cinematographer and wet plate collodion artist based in Kansas. In this new series I go over my current darkroom setup at home and show how I make tintypes out in the field. This series is a blank canvas and I'm excited to show how my process evolves throughout the years. In future episodes I will be covering how I make ambrotypes and how I can do this in remote locations away from my lab. The wet plate collodion process, invented in 1851, involves coating aluminum or glass with collodion, sensitizing it in silver and then developing it. Come join me on my tintype journey.
