Hit the challenging rocky trails of Brown Mountain OHV solo on April 26, 2025. The trusty YZ250 Woods Beast ate it up. Got lost past the top or Trail 1 and had to drag my bike up the side of the hill, but it was adventure we wanted. And adventure we got, in spades!
I hit Trial 1 (main road) to Trail 4, which dead ends on Trail 2. Rode Trail 2 up the mountain all the way to Trail 1, but missed the turn on Trail 1 that leads either back down the mountain or to Trail 9. That's where I got stuck for about 1.5 hours!
After dragging the bike up the hill I made it back onto Trail 1 and all the way back down to the parking lot. Incredible workout and challenging rock climbing at its best.
