Hello friends,
I've gotten a few requests about strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and bladder. This is a 13 min gentle yoga class consisting of a series of yoga postures that help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and bladder. I invite you to please focus on your breath throughout the practice and take breaks if necessary. For best results, I encourage you to practice these poses on a regular and consistent basis. These yoga exercises are especially useful if you have weaker pelvic floor muscles which also affect the bladder. The more we activate the pelvic floor muscles and strengthen them, the more we are able to strengthen our bladder as well.
