USA has given a statement regarding Citizenship Amendment Act -CAA. US has called CAA a problematic law. America said that CAA discriminates on the basis of religion. In today's video of The Chanakya Dialogues, Major Gaurav Arya has exposed USA. Major Arya told that a law like CAA has been in force in America since 1989. Lautenberg Amendment 1989 and Specter Amendment 2004 which were for the Persecuted Minorities of the Soviet Union and Iran respectively. Major asked that if Americans can make laws for Jews and Christians, then why can't India make CAA for Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhism? Major also highlighted Immigration issue of France.
