Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Asafoetida
Green chilli – 1
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Crushed ginger garlic – 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1
Salt
Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon
Cauliflower – 1 (medium size) soaked in hot water for 2 mins
