Soon 5 – Year Fixed will be less than 4%, Yep, we will see 3.99% 5 – Year Fixed rates in a few weeks Why NOT to take the 3 - Year Fixed? Because next Summer is likely the bottom of this Rates cycle & a 3 – Yr takes you into 2027 & who knows if rates head back up. Take Variable & convert to a 5 – yr Fixed at the Bottom or take the 5 – Yr Fixed as soon as breaks through 4%
