This is one of OUR preseason beach workouts created by our trainer Chelsea Hayes. Beginning with mobility, glute and arm band series followed by core and then two separate full body circuits. The exercises in this workout are made up of single limb plus core stabilization and mobility exercises all to help prepare the body for the grueling beach volleyball season.
