Rye Boat Dip Recipe

Описание: This dip has been a favorite in my family for as long as I can remember. It makes a great appetizer for any party.

It is so easy to whip up and as a mom, I know all too well how important simple recipes can be.

Recipe:
2 - 1lb Rounds (Pumpernickel, Rye or Marbled)
16oz of Sour Cream
1 1/3 Cups of Mayo
2 Tbsp Dried Dill Weed
2 Tbsp Dried Minced Onions
2 Tbsp Dried Parsley
1 Jar of sliced Dried Beef

Instructions:
Set your bread aside. Cut your dried beef up. Mix all of your ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour. When you are ready to serve it, cut out the center of one of your rounds. Then fill that round with your dip. Take the remaining bread (including your second round) and break it up into smaller pieces. Plate it to your liking and enjoy!

My Tips:
-Cut your beef into smaller pieces.
-Adjust your seasoning measurements to your liking. I typically do a rounded scoop of my dried seasonings vs an exact (flat) tablespoon.
-Chill your dip for 2-3 hrs before serving (if you can).
