Aarohan is a Hindi drama film, this story is about a Bengal bargadar Hari Mandal and his family, who got destroyed after fighting with the landlords and high ranking officials.
After India's independence, the government abolished the landlordship system from the country. Now landlord Bibhutibhushan became a tenant from a landlord and the labourers working here were called bardagars of the land.
Those who are not the owners of the land, but the tenants cannot stop them from farming on their land. Apart from this, 75% of the produce will belong to the bargadar, and the owner will get 25% of the produce in return for being the owner.
