2/3 cup / 135g granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Ube Jam
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup / 240 ml heavy whipping cream
1/2 to 1 tbsp ube extract​
2 tbsp / 16g cake flour​
