33 ⅓ MODIFICATIONS for our 2021 ROYAL ENFIELD HIMALAYAN - PART 1

Описание: This video explains the 33 ⅓ modifications we have made to our 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan based in the USA. We've had a lot of fun figuring out how to improve parts of the bike, and how to solve a few riddles in order to accomplish various tasks. Deciding what we wanted to do, figuring out what parts to get and where to source them was part of the fun. [When you get to the Barkbusters part, the 'links' we made are from ¾" x 3/16" flat bar, not ⅛" thick as I mention in the video.]

1. Battery Tender – They are readily available on Amazon or elsewhere.

2. Magnetic Oil Drain Plug – We got ours on eBay. M14 x 1.25 thread pitch.

3. Japanese-made X-ring chain with riveted master link – We ordered it from Moto-Chains.com

4. Side Panel Himalayan Mountain Stickers – We got them from Hitchcock’s in the UK.

5. 40mm Long Bolts - We found M6 x 40mm w/ 8mm head bolts on Amazon.

6. Black Hand Levers – They came from eBay.

7. Aftermarket Handlebars – Ours are 2.5” wider overall compared to OEM and are Vortex V3 Flat Track J Murph Special handlebars w/1” cut off each side, which we got at Revzilla.

8. Barkbusters Hand Guards – We got them from Revzilla.

9. Longer Clutch Cable – Hitchcock’s.

10. GPS/Nav Bar – We got it from SRC Moto.

11. HD Skid Plate – SRC Moto.

12. Oil Cooler Guard – We found it on eBay.

13. Front Fender Risers – Ours came from Hitchcock’s.

14. Rear Tire Hugger / Chain Guard – Hitchcock’s.

15. Rear Brake Master Cylinder Protector – eBay.

16. Front/Rear Brake Pad Upgrade – Hitchcock’s.

17. Headlight Grill – Hitchcock’s.

18. Larger Side Stand Foot – We welded on a larger foot that we cut out of some scrap.

19. Double Take Folding Mirrors – Amazon.

20. YSS Rear Shock – Hitchcock’s.

21. Lithium-Ion Battery – Revzilla.

22. Fuse Box / Distribution Panel - Amazon.

Fuses are as follows:
a. Heated Grips – 4 amps
b. USB / Voltmeter – 5 amps
c. GPS – 5 amps
d. Heated Gear – 10 amps (for jacket and gloves – under front seat)
e. Spare SAE Plug – 10 amps (under rear seat)

24. GPS Bracket – RAM mount. Amazon.

25. USB / Voltmeter – Amazon.

26. Phone Bracket – Rally Raid clamp.
