We follow a strict cycle:
Study: 120 Minutes (2 Hours)
Break: 30 Minutes (Perfect for meals/rest)

Slot 1: 06:00 - 08:00
Slot 2: 08:30 - 10:30
Slot 3: 11:00 - 01:00
Slot 4: 01:30 - 03:30
