This is a time-lapse video made with a GoPro Hero4 Black camera during the Washington, D.C. blizzard of January 22-24, 2016. It covers the 48 hour snowstorm that dumped 30-inches on the Nation's Capital.
The GoPro time-lapse setting was at one second using the 4K format. The YouTube video posted is 1080p (recorded at 3840p), 29.97fps, editing and titles were done in iMovie. The upload to YouTube used the QuickTime video wrapper.
