YRYR Toyota Feature Vehicle

Описание: Your Ride, Your Rules is a new project to feature vehicles equipped with a Champion Radiator. You didn't build your ride for someone else, you built it for you - hence: your ride, your rules. We want to help show it off, built the way you wanted it. It doesn't have to be finished, it just has to be yours. This is our test pilot, and the goal is to get some video footage of the vehicles in action, and feature them here, and on social media.

This entry is a 1994 Toyota Pickup, and after replacing the failed copper-brass unit, the decision was made to get something better. Champion to the rescue! No more side tabs breaking apart, and the truck runs cool even with the A/C on full blast on a hot day. Even the A/C compressor is new.

This truck features a brand new, fresh 22RE built with 100% all new components from valve cover to oil pan. It has a TRD Stage 1 cam, LC Engineering Street Performer Cylinder Head and Dual Row Timing Chain conversion, buttoned up with an LCE Valve Cover. That's all mounted to a brand new, factory 22RE short block with 0 miles on it, and a new oil pan. The header is from LCE as well, with a performance exhaust and LCE tip.

For suspension, the truck as a 4" Lift Spindle from Fabtech Motorsports, with a 3" rear lift using Helper Springs, and a Limited Slip Differential. FWD front fenders were added to accommodate the wider front track, and it's sitting on 16x8 Mitsubishi Starion wheels. The interior is left stock, with a mild audio upgrade. Plans are for a fresh coat of paint and new upholstery, and this truck will be just like brand new. Not bad for a 30+ year old truck!
