This is a 1920s Oscar Schmidt Stella mandolin — a flatback, all birch in the body, and with cool gold celluloid purfling and a celluloid fretboard.
It’s just been given a fresh level/dress of the frets, compensation of the bridge, and setup work and it’s playing bang-on and is ready to roll.
