Stephen always told the boys that the hole shot isnt always key. It can make for a wipe out real quick like with a pack of em on your tail. Ride behind them for a lap or two and watch! Unless its dusty of course... if its dusty then just full send!

If you have to pace yourself you aren’t in good enough shape. If you run out of energy before the end of the race it doesn’t mean go slower at the start it means get off your ass and train during the week.
