Part 2 takes you through the steps of cutting up more plywood, dadoing for the hutch shelves, how to align dado grooves with frame rails, the proper way to disc sand and prep for assembly, clamping end panels and cutting biscuits for ease of alignment. We finish up by showing a special "gas pipe chase" feature - built into the end of the upper and lower cabinets. I explain and show why sometimes we need to "think outside the box" to facilitate certain features necessary for other tradesmen who follow our installation with their work.
