Ingredients (सामग्री):
Murmura (Puffed Rice): 3 Cup
Moongfali (Peanuts): 1 Cup
Hare Matar (Green Peas): 1 Cup
Pyaaz & Tamatar: 1-1 (Barik kate hue)
Masale: Heeng, Haldi, Kashmiri Lal Mirch, Dhaniya powder, Garam masala, Chaat Masala, Sendha Namak.
Chutneys: Imli ki khatti-meethi aur Teekhi hari chutney.
Garnish: Sev, Hara Dhaniya, Nimbu, Tali hui mirch.
Heeng & Haldi: Murmura roast karte waqt heeng dalne se bahut acchi khushbu aati hai.
Gas Band Karke Mix Karein: Pyaaz-tamatar ke masala taiyar hone ke baad gas band karke murmura milayein, isse bhel soggi (naram) nahi hogi.
Turant Serve Karein: Iska asli maza kurkurepan mein hai, isliye chutneys milane ke baad turant serve karein.
