I’ve been testing the Babish 8-inch chef’s knife for over a year now, and in this video, I share my honest thoughts after daily use. It’s a YouTuber-backed knife with forged steel and full tang construction, sharp enough to slice through anything.
However, the handle is slippery when wet, and mine arrived with some scuffs and dirt, so quality control might be an issue. Despite that, it’s a well-balanced, lightweight knife with good sharpness retention — and it has a minimalist look.
