◆ Fixed issue with custom effigy automatically lighting up
◆ New building: ceiling skull light!
◆ New building: rabbit skin rug!
◆ New Weapon added : Tennis racket!
◆ It is now possible to harvest heads off the following animals: Boar, Crocodile, Deer, Goose,Lizard, Rabbit, Raccoon, Seagull, Shark, Squirrel, Tortoise.
◆ (Balance) Run stamina Cost reduced by 15%
◆ (Balance) Slightly increased all axe damage
◆ (Balance)Player can climb up/down ropes faster now by holding “run”
◆ (Balance) Hunger speed 30% lower (was about 2 full stomachs per in game day, now 1.35 per day)
◆ (Balance)Warm day no longer triggers in north (the system that makes cold go away when sun rises)
◆ (A.I.) fire mutant is now immune to fire
◆ (A.I.) fixed fire mutants almost never choosing to throw firebombs
◆ (A.I.) fire mutant is now faster and more aggressive
◆ (A.I.) enemies will attempt to cut their friends down from rope traps
◆ Lowered health of crocodiles
◆New item: Cave map ! Once found, visit cave system to reveal it. Replaces piece together map.
◆ 4 types of large cave stalagmites can now be smashed apart

The Forest Gameplay Walkthrough Season 2 Part 1 (Alpha v0.27)

The Forest is an open world survival horror game currently in development for PC. - Build, explore, survive in this terrifying first person survival horror simulator.

The world - Enter a living, breathing forest with changing weather patterns, plants that grow and die. Tides that roll in and out with the day/night cycle. Below ground explore a vast network of caves and underground lakes.

Complete player freedom - Chop down trees to build a camp, or start a fire to keep warm. Scavenge food to keep yourself from starving. Find and plant seeds to grow food.

Build a small shelter or a large ocean side fortress. decorate your home with found items. Lay traps and defenses to keep a safe perimeter.

Gameplay - Explore and build during the day. Defend your base at night. Craft weapons and tools.Bunker down during the evening or bring the fight directly to the enemy.

Fight or Hide - Use stealth to evade enemies, or engage them directly with crude weapons built from sticks and stones.

A new type of open world, survival horror experience, Defend yourself against a clan of genetic mutant enemies that have beliefs, families and morals and that appear almost human.
