Описание: As most of you know, I think I have adult adhd,...well, I finally went to see a doctor. It wasn't what I thought but it was very interesting. More of the journey to come. But in the mean time, if you watch my symptoms videos and you think you have ADHD I would definitely get tested for ADHD at least to rule out the confusion of what you may have.

Mental disorders are no joke! But learning about them and yourself is key to bettering your life!..Well at least that's what I believe.
