Harlem Meer Pond is in the north east corner of New York's central park. Cuban music carried across the water as we targeted monstrous carp and large mouth bass. Stuart, a local angler, talked of 3-4 pound large mouth and good striped bass fishing in the harbor. It was quite the experience, kind of ironic really, an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle.
