This is a timely discussion about the Election Rigging Response Act: Prop 50. How we got here, what the measure does, and why it's needed.
We find ourselves in the midst of another election, this time in response to the attempts from Donald Trump and National Republicans to rig the 2026 elections before the first ballot is even cast. Governor Newsom and California Democrats in the state legislature placed Proposition 50 on the ballot to give California a chance to fight back.
We gathered together a panel of individuals to go over the course of events that brought us to this point, and what is at stake at this November 4th special election.
