Lord: it is time. The huge summer has gone by.
Now lay your shadows onto the sun-dials,
and on the open fields let the winds go free.
Command the last fruits to be full;

the last sweetness into the heavy wine.
Whoever has no house now, will never have one.
Whoever is alone now, will long remain so,
will stay awake, read, write long letters
