In a mountain village surrounded by mist, there lived a brave boy named Luca.
He loved exploring the forest even though his grandmother always said,
“Be careful, Luca. The mountains keep old secrets.”

One day, Luca followed a trail of glowing footprints deep into the woods.
He pushed through tall ferns and stopped — his eyes wide.

There, hiding under a rock, was a tiny creature with silver scales and bright blue eyes.
It sneezed — poof! — a small spark of fire came out!

“A… a baby dragon!” Luca whispered.

The little dragon looked scared and weak. Its wing was hurt.
Luca slowly offered his hands and said, “Don’t worry. I’ll help you.”

He brought the dragon home and named him Ember.
Every night, Luca fed him berries and kept him warm by the fire.
In return, Ember glowed softly and purred like a kitten.

But soon, thunder echoed in the valley.
A dark shadow covered the moon — a giant dragon was flying above!
It roared, shaking the trees.

Luca ran outside with Ember in his arms.
The great dragon landed in front of him, eyes full of fire.
Luca stood firm and shouted, “Don’t hurt him! He’s just a baby!”

The giant dragon looked closer… and tears glimmered in its eyes.
It wasn’t angry — it was searching for its lost child.

Luca smiled and stepped forward. “He’s your baby. I just helped him heal.”

The great dragon lowered its head and nuzzled Ember lovingly.
Before flying away, it looked at Luca and blew a warm flame that turned into a shining crystal.

When Luca picked it up, it glowed softly in his hands.
From that day, every time he held the crystal, it felt warm — like a thank-you from his dragon friend. 🐲💙

And whenever he looked at the mountains, he sometimes saw two dragons flying high above the clouds.
