Fire rages on after blast at Russian arms-making plant as production halts

Perm Gunpowder Plant is a key plant is supplying gunpowder for small weapons, engine charges for aircraft missiles, booster systems for cruise missiles, and products for the A-135 missile defence system for the Ukraine war.

It was not immediately clear if more were injured or missing under the rubble.
