Decided to upload this for some time, considering prior to this video, almost all of these shorts were briefly lost media.
For those of you who are looking for information behind this, Smart Mouth was a interstitial that used to air on HBO Family during commercial breaks, first airing in 1999, through all the way to sometime in the early-mid 2010s. The interstitial was based on the Distraction News segment from the HBO Family series "Crashbox", and features Dora Smarmy inferring fancy, unique words.
Until NicktoonsFan95 uploaded a episode of it last year, the whole series was entirely lost media, and all that was available was a brief clip from a HBO Family promo.
