If it wasn’t for having Air conditioning in this Ozark Trail 10 Person Cabin Tent we wouldn’t have been able to camp we were under a excessive heat advisory FYI the air conditioner unit is sold  separately. This is the one I bought. It’s a 5000 BTU. I think it was around $200. Additionally, you want a heavy duty nine mill tarp to go over the top and also make sure you place your tent in a good shaded area, especially if it’s extreme temperature that is my advice to you and my experience. It was 95 and like 70 in the tent or less with the air conditioning unit on high the whole time overnight, it actually got cold in the tent like 60s and it was still 80 outside. It works wonderfully for safety reasons if you’re camping in the heat and it’s extreme always take the proper safety precautions. Make sure you have air and if the power goes out definitely consider packing up camp and leaving for your safety. Otherwise, I love it and we made the camping trip safely
