Описание: To calculate Cahn Inogold Prelog (CIP) descriptors R and S first the stereogenic centres must be determined, then each group attached to the centre is ascribed a priority with each atom evauated and compared until all groups have been distinguished from each other in priority. The lowest priorty is positioned away from the viewer and the path from highest to third highest priority is considered, if clockwise it is rectus (R) and if anti-clockwise sinister (S).
