Radeon 7 - Explaining the inconsistencies (Plus Faulty Card...!?)

Описание: After waking up this morning and watching a heap of other reviews and seeing the comments... I knew some retesting had to be done, but as well as identifying another issue that I had with the card that (I was promised) would be fixed with the day one release driver (which it wasn't).
So today we go through my BF5 and HM2 numbers and retest those as well as advising to not buy the card just yet (at least on my own experience post launch and see so many non-isolated issues...)
