Here is a longer gameplay video of Super Mario Sunshine running with a 60fps cheat. The first stage is running at 2x (720p) resolution, there were frame dips but very playable. The second stage is running at native resolution because this stage had lots of frame dips when on 720p. This was on Dolphin MMJR2 build with OpenGL.
