Supreme Court Observer (scobserver.clpr.org.in) - an initiative that tracks the functioning of the Supreme Court in conversation with Dr. Usha Ramanathan who is an acknowledged authority on various facets concerning the Aadhaar Project.
In this conversation, we discuss with her the issues emanating from the upcoming judgment of the constitutionality of Aadhaar. She discussed the various loopholes in the Aadhaar Act to address the illegalities that have been an integral part of this project since it was conceptualised. According to her, it is essentially a numbering scheme whose objective has been to subvert democracy by turning citizens into consumers.
