Today I’m gluing the mix together with an SSL G-comp. This unit was made at a time when these were still made in the UK.
The API preamps on my desk were made in the US.
As someone who is 1/2 English and 1/2 American its makes me laugh that my gear choices have panned out the same way.
Watching these meters move never grows old. �
