2️⃣ Settling the breath
3️⃣ Settling the mind through a gentle body scan
You can do this practice anytime, anywhere — at work, at home, or even while seated during travel.
It helps bring your mind back into the present moment, creating a clearer, calmer, and more focused state of awareness.
