This is a commercial disc steamed bun machine, mainly used for dividing, rounding, and shaping dough into steamed buns in one operation. The steps are as follows:
1. Dough Feeding and Dividing: The kneaded dough is placed into the hopper at the top of the machine. The machine uses a rotating lever or spiral propulsion structure to evenly feed the dough into the dividing device, dividing the large dough into small portions of equal weight.
2. Rounding and Shaping: The divided portions fall into the disc mold below. The disc rotates, and the curvature of the mold, combined with centrifugal force and friction, "rounds" the portions, ultimately forming smooth steamed bun embryos.
3. Discharge and Collection: The shaped steamed bun embryos are conveyed to the discharge port as the disc rotates, falling directly onto a tray or conveyor belt for subsequent proofing and steaming.
