NC Miata - rear brake scraping noise, new pads and rotors

2008 Mazda Miata Sport with 40,000 miles. Replaced rear pads with OEM at 37,000 miles with original rotors but developed this low speed, low brake pressure scraping sound. With moderate to high brake pressure it is not heard. Replaced the rotors at 40,000 miles but the noise persists.
I took the video with using the parking break alone to isolate the noise to rear brake pressure.

UPDATE: The dealership confirmed that the hub was slightly bent and bearing was bad. Had an independent mechanic replace the hub and bearing and 500 miles later and still no issues!
