Описание: Hola, this is Phil Travel YouTube channel. Today, I’m in Playa de las Canteras area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The beach stretch over 3 km coastline of yellow sand from Plaza de la Puntilla to the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium/Opera House and Centro Commercial Las Arenas. The beach is considered as one of the best urban beaches in Europe and in the World. The main urban beach is located right in the capital, ideal for sunbathing, sport activities, surfing, scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing in canoe, etc. The lively city beach seaside promenade, the Paseo de las Canteras, is dotted with numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. The Blue Flag beach is a long strip of yellow fine sand that stretches for miles along the bay and with a feature ‘La Barra’, a long rock formation or natural reef spreading not far from the sand. The natural reef protects majority of the beach from tides or waves.
