I use to struggle with puffiness from chronic stress and inflammation… lymphatic drainage is one thing I’ve added in to help!

➡️ Our lymph system also maintains fluid levels, removes cellular waste (detox) and responsible for immune functions, amongst other things!
♥️ The thing is our lymphatic system doesn’t have a “pump” like our cardiovascular system. So what we don’t want is lymph flow to get “stagnant.” We can help lymph flow, really, by getting in movement!
Common Questions:
▫️ How many times a week? I try to do this 3-4 times a week, but can be done daily
▫️ How long do you do this? I personally do it for 10 minutes, but can be done longer
▫️ When do you do this/best time? Any time of day, but I tend to do this while watching TV at night and THIS is why I love it!
▫️ Other benefits? Lymphatic drainage, blood flow, bone health, recovery (can be beneficial to do after workouts), fat loss (can help burn calories)
▫️ Do you have to be standing still? I will admit, I will multi-task sometimes… brush my teeth, put on lotion, watch TV. We can make it more effective by doing deep breathing, moving my arms about (like I am doing in the post)
▫️ What setting do you have it on? I place it on setting 10, but I started at setting 2 and worked my way up
