Here is Part 2 of my video analyzing the Michelin Vancouver results. In Part 2, I provide my general thoughts on the process and my specific views on each of the twelve Bib Gourmand Michelin Restaurants. At Bib Gourmand restaurant represent great value where you should be able to get two courses and wine or dessert for less than CDN$60. Please note that these are my personal views and I respect everyone's opinions so long as comments are polite.
