Gingerbread houses are such a fun tradition, and I love looking at the epic displays of them each winter. While I've never made a gingerbread house myself, I was inspired to make a gingerbread house CAKE this year!!
This cake is made with gingerbread cake layers, filled with a cinnamon ginger buttercream, and frosted with a molasses buttercream. The details are mostly buttercream, with a few fondant accents. The full recipe is up on chelsweets.com.
