Q:Your old into was really awesome! Why is your new intro so short?
A: SO MANY people complained because it added 45 seconds to the video.

Q: Why do you have custom thumbnails for some videos, but not all. Why?
A: It looks very professional, I try to have them for all but I don't have time for some.
