How to make A Variety of Panellets

Описание: Panellets are traditionally served on All Saints' Eve (1 November) accompanied by hot chestnuts and muscatel wine. They can also be enjoyed with a cup of coffee or a cup of tea.
The traditional recipe comes from Catalonia, although it is widely eaten in Valencia and the Balearic Islands. In my version of Panellets, I wanted to use a very Mediterranean ingredient such as dates instead of potatoes or sweet potatoes. The result is fantastic, both in terms of flavour, texture and nutritional value. It is a very easy recipe to prepare and quite quick, although it does take some time to rest.
