The PCB I designed was created using a free program called KiCAD and the gerber files were uploaded to oshpark.com and fabricated for me.

The Arduino I'm using is called a Moteino, it combines an Arduino with an RFM69 transceiver. You can find these at http://www.lowpowerlab.com/
