In this video I’m finally trying an idea I’ve had in mind for a long time: painting on folded paper. What started as a simple experiment quickly turned into a deeply inspiring and almost ritual-like creative process.
I’m using 300gsm watercolor paper, gouache, gold details and colored pencils to explore symbolism, cycles, rest, and renewal — a perfect project for the turning of the year.
