Reverse Flyes Machine are a variation of Dumbbell Reverse Flyes. This exercise directly targets the posterior head of the deltoid. Set the pec flyes/reverse flyes machine to your height and arm length. Sit in good posture facing the machine. Hold midback straight and hold neck in line with the spine. Grip handles with a pronated grip (palms facing floor). Arms parallel to the floor. Elbows bent slightly. Exhale and perform shoulder horizontal extension through a symptom free range of motion by moving the arms backwards in an arcing motion. Hold this position for one second. Inhale and return to starting position while controlling the eccentric motion.
