To get your Ipod 1st Gen replaced follow these steps:
1) Go to https://getsupport.apple.com/
2) Select Ipod
3) Select Ipod Nano
4) Select Other Nano Topics
5) Select The topic is not listed
6) In the box state you have a 1st Gen Ipod that is a fire risk
7) Select Talk to Apple now
8) Enter serial number and phone number and they will call you.
